Do You Offer Green Cleaning?
Yes. Imperial cleaning is pleased to offer green cleaning products and services in accordance with occupants, caretaking staff and the environment as a primary concern when selecting products and determining procedures.
We are highly focused around equipment and products that are chosen with the specific intent of minimizing toxicity in your home or office, and minimizing the consumption of natural resources while leaving the smallest ecological footprint possible during our cleaning process.
Can I Get an Estimate Over the Phone?
Yes. We will be pleased to provide you with a quote over the phone without actually viewing the property in its natural condition. However, we can only estimate how long it will take to clean your home. If the quote is acceptable to you, we will do our best to clean your home within the conditionally estimated time.
Do You Offer Online Payments?

Do You Clean Resturants?
Yes. We are plesed to offer resturnat cleaning services.
Do You Offer Overnight Service?
We do offer evening, late evening and overnight cleaning services for all sorts of business. Example, travel agencies, construction companies, salons and spas and so much more.
Will I Always Have the same Cleaner?
Our staffing is fairly static. As a result, you will almost always have the same cleaner or cleaning team. Please note that under any scheduled changes, team member illness, vacation, etc., it may be necessary send a substitution. In most cases, your substitute may already be familiar with your property.
I Have Pets, Will this be a Problem?
Not at all. Our staff loves pets. As a matter of fact, let us know where you keep your pet treats and will ensure to take excellent care of them during our visit.
Should I be Home While you Clean?
Many of our customers work or run business during regular hours and enjoy coming home to a clean house after a long day. Most customers supply us with a key to their home, which will be kept perfectly safe, or an entry code to their garage. If you live in a Condo, please ensure you leave permission with building security or a Concierge to authorize our entry.

Can I Skip or Reschedule an Appointment?
If you anticipate needing to change an appointment time, ideally, we would like a minimum of twenty-four hour notice. We'll move your visit to another, more convenient time or fi you wish cancel it all together.
